We strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.

 


Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 


Shipping Destinations

 

We currently ship across India. We do not ship to international destinations at this time.

 


Estimated Delivery Times

 

  
Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  
Tier 2/Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

  
Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

 

 

These are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or high-demand periods (e.g., festival seasons).

 


Shipping Charges

 

  
Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

  
A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies on orders below ₹999.

  
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have an additional handling charge of ₹50.

 

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. Use this number on our courier partner's website to track your shipment.

 


Failed Delivery

 

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. If delivery continues to fail, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.

 


Lost or Damaged in Transit

 

If your package is lost or arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours at Support@resshaa.in . We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
