Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
Return Window
Items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date, provided they are:
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
In original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or heavily discounted items.
Customized or made-to-order products.
Intimate apparel, undergarments, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
Digital products and gift cards.
Items damaged due to customer misuse.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at Support@resshaa.in with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and address.
Ship the item in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the item:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size or colour (subject to availability). Email us to arrange an exchange along with your order details.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
